Failed to Find or Open Image Data in Virtual Mode of Step “Capture Images from Camera”
Symptom 1:
In the virtual mode of the “Capture Images from Camera” Step, the error message “No 2D images” was displayed when selecting the image data.
Affected Versions:
All Mech-Vision versions.
Possible Cause:
Image files are not named properly.
Solution:
When images are read in the virtual mode of the “Capture Images from Camera” Step, the naming conventions below for the images should be followed. The serial number of the 2D image should be the same as its depth map counterpart.

2D images: rgb_image_xxxx.jpg

Depth maps: depth_image_xxxx.png
Symptom 2:
In the virtual mode of the “Capture Images from Camera” Step, after saving a virtual file, the file could not be opened and an image processing error occurred.
Affected Versions:

Camera model: LSR/DEEP-GL series;

Software version: All Mech-Vision versions.
Possible Cause:
The 2D Image Type parameter is set incorrectly.
Solution:
Please switch to the correct 2D Image Type as prompted.
