Picking Pose Planned Was Not Within the Vision Results Output by Mech-Vision
Symptom:
The picking pose planned by Mech-Viz was not within the vision results output by Mech-Vision.
Affected Software Versions:
All versions.
Possible Cause:
The “Reuse Vision Result” parameter is checked in the “Vision Move” Step. Therefore, the pick point that leads to a path planning failure and the rest unused pick points will be retained and used for the next planning.
Solution:
In the scenario where one captured image guides one picking, after the path planning of the “Vision Move” Step succeeds or fails, you need to use the “Reset” Step to reset the status of the “Vision Move” Step.
