Recover Scaled Images in 2D ROI

Function

This Step is used to recover a resized 2D image in an ROI to its original size based on scaling parameters, and place the recovered image on a black background of a specified size.

Usage Scenario

This Step is usually used with deep learning Steps.

Original Image	This port provides the recovery scale and other data from the original image required for this Step.
Scaling Parameters	This port provides the ROI scaling data required for this Step.
