Description

This Step is used to project features onto a specified plane.

  • A circle, rectangle or oblong holes:Project the features along the plane’s normal.

  • Cylinder: Use the intersection of its central axis with the plane as the center of the resulting circular cross-section.

Reference plane

Reference plane for feature projection.

Output Description

Output item Description

Projected feature

Features obtained by projecting onto the reference plane. These can be used as input for other steps.
