Supplementary Tools
This chapter covers the supplementary tools in Mech-Vision. Proper and flexible use of these tools can enhance project execution speed and improve the accuracy of visual recognition.
| Tool | Introduction |
|---|---|
A resource library that includes numerous features and industry cases with practical guidance, where valuable cases for reference and insight can be accessed. |
Target Object Editor |
This tool is used for centralized management and configuration of target objects, and supports target object configuration in three scenarios: target object picking, trajectory planning, and bin recognition. Each workflow provides a corresponding configuration wizard tailored to its application characteristics, enabling you to complete target object configuration efficiently through a guided process. |
This tool is used to plan a collision-free motion path near the target object for the robot. |
This tool is used to centrally manage all industrial 2D cameras in the system, providing access to device configuration and tuning before image acquisition. |
This tool is used to configure the relationship between 2D camera output signals and project triggers. It is usually used together with 2D Camera Management to complete trigger timing configuration when the output mode is set to manual configuration. |
This tool is used to select a 2D region of interest (ROI) on the image. Data within the ROI is used to extract edge features for generating a 2D matching template. |
This tool enables solution access control, managing the permissions of different roles to effectively reduce the leakage risk of data and enhance the safety of the solution. |
This tool is used to set alert trigger conditions, alert codes, and alert messages for the project, enabling quick troubleshooting and resolution of faults during abnormal operations, thus ensuring production stability. |
This tool is used to troubleshoot the problems such as poor accuracy of camera intrinsic parameters, and uncertain robot pick. |
This tool is used to manage deep learning model package. |
This tool is used to configure the inference parameters of deep learning models. |
This tool is used to check the Standard Interface TCP/IP commands in an easier way for the engineers. |
This tool is used to quickly generate Adapter program. |
With parameter recipes, you do not need to build multiple projects with the same logic and configure their parameters differently to meet different on-site requirements. Instead, you will only need to switch between parameter recipes in one project to make it applicable to various scenarios and therefore the productivity can be increased. |
This tool is used to save on-site data for efficient troubleshooting and regression testing. |
This tool is used to display the log in real time while running a project/solution for users to find the execution record of a certain moment in this panel. |
