Remove Noise in Masks

Function

This Step removes noise clusters whose area is smaller than the threshold. The threshold of the noise cluster area can be set in the parameters.

Parameter Description

Parameter Description

Noise Blob Area Threshold

Parameter description: This parameter is used to set the area threshold for determining noise blobs, in pixels (px).
Default value: 200 px.
Instruction: Mask regions with an area smaller than this threshold are regarded as noise blobs and removed. An appropriate increase in the threshold can remove more small noise areas, while a decrease in the threshold can preserve more small noise areas.
