This section describes how to use the 3D Trajectory Recognition Tool.

Feature Overview

The 3D Trajectory Recognition Tool is a visual debugging tool that integrates common vision processing capabilities. By completing a wizard-based configuration workflow, you can easily achieve trajectory recognition. This tool is typically used in trajectory scenarios such as welding, gluing, cutting, and grinding.

Workflow

The workflow of this tool is as follows.

overall process
  1. Point cloud preprocessing: Preprocess camera-acquired point cloud data and filter out points that do not meet requirements to improve target object recognition efficiency.

  2. Target object selection and recognition: After creating a point cloud model in target object editor, adjust target-object-recognition-related parameters in the 3D Trajectory Recognition Tool for target object recognition.

  3. View trajectory: Obtain and view configured trajectories in target object editor.

  4. General settings: Configure output ports. You can select Step output ports according to downstream trajectory task requirements.
