Use a camera to acquire the point cloud, generate the target object model, and configure the bin

Acquiring point cloud using camera

  • There is no STL model or poor consistency between the STL model and the actual bin.

  • There is no noticeable change in the surface feature point cloud of the bin when acquiring point cloud multiple times.

  • Single incoming orientation of target objects.

The upper surface of the bin is regular and flat, and dimensions are known.

Import STL file to generate point cloud model and configure the bin
