Function

Generate pick points using a 2D template image.

Usage Scenario

Generally used in steel plate picking applications; based on the defined suction cup shape and dimensions, this Step will generate the pick points for the flat steel plate objects.

Input and Output

  • Input:

    1. Object template binary mask input to this port will be used to generate pick points.

    2. Suction cup area binary mask input by this port will be used to generate pick points (if the overlap area between the object template and the suction cup area mask is less than the set threshold, no pick points will be generated).

  • Output:

    1. Generated pick points
