Mech-Viz 2.1.0 Release Notes

This document introduces the improvements and resolved issues of Mech-Viz 2.1.0.

Improvements

Mech-Viz 2.1.0 introduced the following improvements:

  • Blocking Mech-Viz project from accessing Mech-Vision project across different solutions, with an added popup error message to prevent incorrect triggering.

  • The memory monitoring criteria have been adjusted to reduce false alerts.

  • The “Vision Place” Step has been deleted in Mech-Viz 2.1.0.

Resolved Issues

The following issues are resolved in Mech-Viz 2.1.0:

  • In the Others panel, when the singularity detection method was set to Detect velocity of each joint and the Max velocity was set to 0°/s, the singularity detection failed.

  • When the All Vision Poses in One Move parameter in the Vision Move Step was selected, the robot moved based on the object center points instead of the pick points.

  • The software execution stalled under a specific workflow logic.

  • In certain situations, the number of sent waypoints displayed in the Vision Move Step was incorrect.

  • The filename of the preloaded gantry robot in the robot model library was incorrect.
