Function

This Procedure corrects the accuracy drift of the EIH vision system, ensuring that the vision system can output more accurate poses and enhancing the accuracy of the vision system.

Usage Scenario

This Procedure is used in scenarios where the camera is mounted in the Eye in Hand method and an accuracy drift of the vision system is prone to occur. It is usually used with the EIH system drift auto-correction tool.

Typically, this Procedure precedes 3D matching Steps and is followed by pose adjustment steps.

Correction Process

This Procedure should be used with the EIH system drift auto-correction tool, and the correction process is as follows.

  1. Complete the setup with the Deployment wizard in the EIH system drift auto-correction tool.

  2. Write a robot program.

  3. Deploy the vision project.

  4. Correct the accuracy drift in the EIH system.
