If there are interface texts that do not match the current language setting when the software’s language is set to Japanese or Korean, what steps should be taken?

The interface texts mentioned here typically refer to the standard elements of the software interface and exclude customized texts such as the customized Step name.

  1. Open the “Options” window.

    • Mech-Vision: Click Settings > Options.

    • Mech-Viz: Click File > Options.

  2. Click the Check for updates button following “Update language package”.

  3. Click Update and wait for the update to complete.

  4. Click OK and then restart the software.

If “Latest version already installed.” is displayed after you click the Check for updates button, or there are still texts that do not match the current language setting after you update and restart the software, please contact Mech-Mind Technical Support.
