Production Management and Data Analysis
This section explains how to perform production management and data analysis in Mech-Metrics after system go-live.
After go-live, production management and data analysis are critical to keeping the inline measurement system running stably and to discovering and resolving quality issues in time. Production management enables effective permission control to ensure system security and data protection. Data analysis helps extract value from measurement data, identify root causes of quality issues, and continuously improve production processes and product quality.
Phase Goal
The goal of this phase is to enable on-site teams to use the system in daily work, view results, trace historical data, and analyze quality issues.
Entry Criteria
Before starting this phase, it is recommended that the following conditions have been met:
-
System deployment, joint debugging, Repeatability Validation, and correlation analysis are completed.
-
The production site has basic account, permission, and data usage requirements in place.
-
Measurement tasks have started stable operation and can continuously generate measurement data.
Core Tasks
Production management and data analysis mainly include the following tasks:
| Task | Description | Reference |
|---|---|---|
Manage project permissions |
Implement role-based access control (RBAC), create accounts for different roles, and assign corresponding permissions to ensure system security and data protection. |
|
Use the production interface |
View trend charts for real-time task data and historical data, analyze trends, identify potential issues in time, and take corrective actions. |
|
Analyze historical data |
Perform statistical analysis on historical data to identify root causes of quality issues and continuously improve production processes and product quality. |
|
Use measurement reports |
Generate and upload measurement reports in PDF or table format for relevant personnel to view and analyze results, supporting quality control and decision-making. |
Completion Criteria
After this phase is completed, the following conditions should be met:
-
An account and permission system that meets on-site needs has been established.
-
On-site personnel can view real-time and historical measurement results and complete basic analysis.
-
The team can generate, export, and use measurement reports.
-
The system has entered a state of sustainable operation and continuous improvement.
