[WinError 10013] An Attempt was Made to Access a Socket in a Way That is not Allowed by the Access Control

Problem

A WinError 10013 error appears in the Log panel of Mech-Vision. A WinError 10013 error indicates that an attempt was made to access a socket in a way that is not allowed by the access control.

Cause

In the robot communication configuration of Mech-Vision, the specified port cannot be used because the port is already occupied by another software.

Solution

Modify the specified port in the robot communication configuration, restart Mech-Vision, and then try again.
