The following errors may occur while running the Standard Interface program on the robot.

LOC Error

9190

Error Description

Communication line is not connected.

Troubleshooting

  1. Check the network-related hardware connections.

  2. Check whether the Mech-Vision and the TCP ASCII interface service are started.

  3. Confirm that the robot and the IPC IP addresses and port numbers are set correctly.

  4. Check whether the IPC firewall is disabled.

Standard interface command communication error.

Error code

9191

Error Description

The Function parameter for standard interface command communication is incorrect.

Troubleshooting

  1. Verify that the input parameter values for the standard interface command communication Function are correct.

  2. Verify that the parameter specification of the standard interface command communication Function is correct.

Go to MELFA Standard Interface Commands and specify correct parameter values based on the descriptions in MELFA Standard Interface Commands.

Function parameter error when operating MMMODULE

9192

Error Description

When calling the Function to operate MMMODULE, if any input parameter has an incorrect numeric format or does not comply with the Function’s specification, the system will raise this error.

Troubleshooting

  1. When calling the MMMODULE operation Function, verify and enter the correct parameters that conform to the Function’s specification.

  2. Consult the official specification for the MMMODULE operation Function to confirm the parameter value ranges, format requirements, and applicable use cases, ensuring that the parameter configuration complies with the technical specifications.

Failed to reach the target calibration point

9193

Error Description

  • The target calibration point may be outside the robot’s operating range.

  • The target calibration point cannot be reached via linear (LIN) or joint (JNT) interpolation.

Troubleshooting

Check the calibration working range.

An unknown error occurred in the program

Error code

9194

Error Description

Program behavior may deviate from expectations or present logical inconsistencies.

Troubleshooting

  1. Please download the sample library program again.

  2. Check the program code to ensure it is correct.
