Symptoms

The Mech-Eye Viewer software crashed while acquiring data in the profile mode.

Possible Causes

The power supply of the DIN rail power supply is insufficient.

Solutions

Replace the power supply to ensure that the supplied power meets the peak power requirement of the laser profiler in use.
