Unable to Connect to the Camera

Symptom

The camera cannot be connected in the 2D Camera Management tool.

Possible Causes

  • The camera is occupied by other devices.

  • Ethernet cable connection to the camera is abnormal.

  • The camera IP and the debugging device IP are not in the same subnet.

Solution

  1. Check whether the camera is occupied by other software or devices. If occupied, release the connection first.

  2. Check cable and interface connection status and ensure the connection is normal.

  3. Verify the camera IP and debugging device IP and ensure they are in the same subnet.
