Log Levels
Logs are divided into four levels, namely, i, W, C, and F.
-
i: Information on execution processes, such as connection and data acquisition of camera.
-
W: Warning messages of potential issues.
-
C: Critical errors that may terminate running processes, such as data acquisition.
-
F: Fatal errors that may stop the operation of camera.
Log File Name
The name of a log file represents the time when it was generated.
For example, the log file named 00105_20221117171503_887.log was generated on November 17, 2022, at 17:15:03.887.
Since camera restricts the log file size, a log file with a 1 at the end of its name, such as 00105_20221117171503_887.log.1, can be generated. A log file with a 1 in its name is generated earlier than the one without a 1 in its name.
The time recorded in camera is used as the generation time of a log file and the time of recording a log entry. When using the camera for the first time, it is recommended to synchronize the time using Camera Controller to avoid inaccuracies in the log times. |
