Description

Select the point coordinates and the rotation angle output by other Steps as the base point and reference orientation, respectively, to form an alignment parameter group. Both 2D and 3D alignment modes are supported.

See Alignment Parameter Group to learn about its usage scenarios.

Usage Scenario

The resulting parameter group can be used in subsequent Steps to adjust the pose of ROIs or feature regions.

Workflow

The process of configuring this Step is as follows:

  1. In the Input section, input the base point and reference orientation to be used.

  2. Set Alignment Mode in the Parameters section.

  3. In the Output section, select Alignment Parameter Group.

  4. Run the Step and view output.

Input Description

Parameter Description

Base Point X

X coordinate of the base point.

Base Point Y

Y coordinate of the base point.

Base Point Z

Z coordinate of the base point.

Reference Orientation

Rotation angle. In 3D alignment mode, the rotation is about the Z-axis.

  • In 2D alignment mode, Base Point X, Base Point Y, and Reference Orientation are usually used.

  • In 3D alignment mode, Base Point X, Base Point Y, Base Point Z, and Reference Orientation are usually used.

  • If you need to use Base Point X, Base Point Y, Base Point Z, and Base Orientation at the same time, it is recommended that these inputs come from the output of the same Step.

Parameter Description

Parameter Description

Alignment Mode

Specify the dimension type for extracting the alignment parameters.

Value list:

  • 2D: Suitable for planar scenarios; extracts X, Y, and rotation angle.

  • 3D: Suitable for spatial scenarios; extracts X, Y, Z, and rotation around the Z-axis.

Output Description

After the Step is run, it outputs an alignment parameter group formed on the basis of the input base point and reference orientation. This parameter group contains the extracted base point and reference orientation information for pose alignment in subsequent Steps.
