Problem

An 3220 error occurred while the foreground program is being loaded to the Yaskawa robot. The 3220 error is a command data syntax error.

Possible Causes

The axis group configuration in the program being loaded is incorrect.

Solutions

  1. Open the MM_CALIB.JBI file located in the Communication Component/Robot_Interface/YASKAWA/JBI directory under the installation path of Mech-Vision and Mech-Viz. Compare it with the file you are loading and check whether the axis group configurations are consistent. For example, in the image below, the left side shows the file being loaded, while the right side shows the MM_CALIB.JBI file. The axis group configuration in the two files is not the same.

  2. If the axis group configurations in the two files are different, replace the axis group configuration in the file being loaded with the one from the MM_CALIB.JBI file and reload the program.
