This section introduces camera-related issues and their solutions.

The Camera Could Not Be Powered Up

Symptom:

The camera cannot be powered up and PWR indicator light is off.

Possible Cause:

The camera is not powered on, or the power cable is not securely connected.

Solution:

Please address the issue by the following steps:

  1. Check if the power is connected.

    • If not, please connect the power and try again.

    • If the power is connected, please execute the next step.

  2. Check if the power cable connector on the camera side is securely attached.

    • If the power cable connector is not securely attached, please reinstall it and try again.

    • If it is securely attached, please contact Technical Support.

Camera Indicator Light Is Abnormal

If camera indicator lights indicated abnormality after power was connected, please refer to:

Camera Makes Unusual Noises

Symptom:

The camera makes unusual noises during operation.

Possible Cause:

The camera’s projection galvanometer is making unusual noises.

Solution:

Please contact Mech-Mind Technical Support for factory repair.

Malfunction

The camera malfunction is primarily characterized by the depth map or 2D image being blank, inability to save the camera’s raw data, and error logs in Mech-Eye Viewer.

If camera malfunction exists, please address the issue by the following steps:

  1. Please refer to the solutions in the log for troubleshooting.

  2. If the issue still exists, contact Technical Support.

Other Issues

If the camera experiences other hardware failures, startup issues, projection faults, performance problems, or sensor malfunctions, it typically requires factory repair. Please contact Technical Support.
