Clarify Project Accuracy Requirements

Before actually deploying a vision solution, you need to confirm the accuracy requirements of your project (e.g., ±3 mm) and determine the accuracy expectations and objectives of your application.

Normally, the picking accuracy of ±3~5 mm can meet the requirements of common projects. If the project requires a higher picking accuracy (e.g., ± 1 mm), stricter accuracy checks will need to be implemented during the deployment process to eliminate errors as much as possible.

For scenarios requiring high accuracy, it is recommended to deploy a "System Drift Self-Correction" system, which can not only solve the problem of camera temperature drift, but also ensure the reliability and operational stability of the 3D vision system.
