Verify Whether the Inaccurate Picking Issue Has Been Addressed through Test Runs
After correcting all the errors, you can perform a test run to verify that the picking inaccuracy issue has been resolved.
Instructions:

Repeat the production environment (layout, workpiece incoming orientation, temperature, lighting conditions, etc.) where the picking inaccuracy issue occurs. You can use the project and data backed up during application deployment.

Test run the vision system.

Perform mass production to collect statistics of possible anomalies.
If no picking anomalies are detected, the picking inaccuracy issue has been resolved.
