Function

This Step outputs the value of a specified property of a representative point set in the parameters.

Usage Scenario

This Step is a general point cloud property calculation Step. This Step has no fixed usage scenarios.

Input and Output

Properties of the point clouds input to this port will be calculated.

Output

Calculated Values

Number[]

Values of the specified property of the point clouds, which will be used for point cloud sorting.

Parameter Description

Parameter Description

Representative Point

Parameter description: Select the representative point of the point cloud.

Value list:

  • CenterPoint: Take the center of the point clouds to represent the point cloud.

  • BoundaryMinimum: Take the minimum values along x-axis, y-axis and z-axis to represent the point cloud.

  • BoundaryMaximum: Take the maximum values along x-axis, y-axis and z-axis to represent the point cloud.

Default value: CenterPoint

Specified Property

Parameter description: Select the type of attribute value to output.

Value list:

  • NONE: Output 0.

  • X: Output the X value of the representative point.

  • Y: Output the Y value of the representative point.

  • Z: Output the Z value of the representative point.

  • DIS2BasePt: Output the distance between the representative point and the reference point.

Default value：None

X Values

Description: This parameter is used to set the X coordinate value of the reference point. When the specified parameter is set to [.ui]#DIS2BasePt#3h, this parameter is used to calculate the distance between the representative point and the reference point.
Default value: 0.0000

Y Values

Description: This parameter is used to set the Y coordinate value of the reference point. When the specified parameter is set to [.ui]#DIS2BasePt#3h, this parameter is used to calculate the distance between the representative point and the reference point.
Default value: 0.0000

Z Values

Description: This parameter is used to set the Z coordinate value of the reference point. When the specified parameter is set to [.ui]#DIS2BasePt#3h, this parameter is used to calculate the distance between the representative point and the reference point.
Default value: 0.0000
