When an issue occurs in the Vision System, please follow these steps for troubleshooting:

  1. Production line operators quickly troubleshoot issues and restore normal operation according to Status Codes and Troubleshooting.

    • If the issue can be troubleshot, then the process is complete.

    • If not, please contact maintenance personnel.

  2. Maintenance personnel should refer to the “Common Issues and Solutions” to identify the cause of the issue and attempt to resolve it.

  3. The Mech-Mind Technical Support identifies the cause of the issue and resolves it according to the collected information.
