This section introduces issues related to robot collisions and provides solutions.

If the path planning is successful and the simulated robot picks objects successfully, but a collision occurs when running the real robot, the following issues may occur:

  • Tool Collides with Target Object

  • Robot Body or Gripper Collides with Bin

  • Robot Body or Gripper Collides with Scene Object

  • Held Target Object Collides with Scene Object or Other Target Objects

Refer to Troubleshooting collisions in real applications for troubleshooting guidance based on the symptom of the issue.
