Regular Cleaning and Maintenance
To ensure proper equipment operation, prevent accidents, and minimize downtime, relevant personnel should regularly perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the camera lens.
The camera lens needs to be kept clean, free of dust, scratches, smudges, water mist, or water marks. The cleaning frequency should be adjusted based on the production environment, humidity, and lens orientation. If the camera lens is mounted facing upward or the site has high levels of dust or oil mist, daily cleaning is recommended. If the environment is relatively clean, the cleaning frequency may be reduced based on actual dust accumulation.
Cleaning Method:
Disconnect the camera from power before cleaning. When cleaning the surface of the camera, it is recommended to gently blow away dust and debris first, and then wipe the surface with a clean soft cloth. When cleaning the lens glass, to avoid scratching, you can use a clean, soft lint-free cloth with lens cleaner or glass cleaner to carefully wipe the lens glass. During wiping, hold the camera lens by its edge and avoid touching or pressing the lens glass surface with your fingers to prevent smudges.
