Camera Cannot Be Connected in Mech-Eye SDK (Windows Server)

Symptom: The camera shows up in Mech-Eye SDK but cannot be connected. The status of the IP address displayed in the camera info card in Mech-Eye Viewer is Windows Server. This topic provides the possible causes, troubleshooting guidelines and detailed troubleshooting procedures for this problem.

Possible Causes

This is a bug in Mech-Eye SDK 1.6.1 and below.

Solution

If this problem occurs, it is recommended to upgrade Mech-Eye SDK to the latest version. For instructions, please refer to Upgrade Mech-Eye SDK.

If you cannot upgrade Mech-Eye SDK, please contact Technical Support.
