What should I do if I cannot switch the software language?

You are currently viewing the documentation for the latest version (2.1.2). To access a different version, click the "Switch version" button located in the upper-right corner of the page.

■ If you are not sure which version of the product you are currently using, please feel free to contact Mech-Mind Technical Support.

If you are using a Chinese Mainland software license, the language options in the menu bar under Settings  Options will be grayed out, and you will not be able to switch the software language.

To switch the language, please contact Mech-Mind Sales to purchase a software license for regions outside the Chinese mainland.
