  • The robot/PLC has failed to connect to the Vision System (IPC).

  • The robot/PLC has not received the vision results.

  • There is an alarm on the robot side.

Solutions:

  1. First, check for connection issues between the robot/PLC and the Vision System (IPC). Please refer to Troubleshoot Standard Interface Communication Connection Failure.

  2. If the communication connection is normal, then please check whether the Vision System sends the vision results. Please refer to The Vision System Has Not Output Any Results.

  3. If there are no issues with the above steps, check whether there is an alarm on the robot side. Please clear the alarm on the robot side and try again.

  4. If the issue still exists, please contact Technical Support.
