This manual provides the instructions for maintenance and service of the Mech-Mind Vision System.

Manual Introduction

Target Audience

This manual is intended for the following personnel:

  • Production line operators

    • Role description: They are responsible for the day-to-day operation of the device to ensure its proper functioning.

    • Requirements: Knowledge of the basic functions, operating procedures and basic maintenance of the equipment is required. This manual provides common vision system operations related to production line, including powering on and off the industrial personal computer (IPC), adding and changing products to produce, and solutions to common problems.

  • Maintenance personnel

    • Role description: Technicians responsible for the maintenance and repair of device.

    • Requirements: In-depth knowledge of system components, maintenance processes and troubleshooting methods are required.

This manual applies to the following hardware and software versions:

  • Software: Mech-Vision&Mech-Viz 2.1.0, Mech-Eye Viewer 2.4.1

  • Cameras: V3 and V4 models

  • IPC: Mech-Mind IPC STD, Mech-Mind IPC ADV, and Mech-Mind IPC PRO
