Troubleshooting Procedure

This topic introduces the troubleshooting procedure and the general principles.

Before troubleshooting, maintenance engineers should read carefully and follow these requirements:

  • Strictly conform to operation rules and safety requirements to ensure human and device safety.

  • Record the original information about any problem/issue that occurs in detail during troubleshooting, such as the logs, screenshots, and .dmp files.

In troubleshooting, the engineers should follow the general procedure of analyzing fault symptoms, locating fault causes, and rectifying the fault.
