Validate the requirements for takt time, including requirements for takt time on vision detection work cycle .
Accuracy¶
Validate the requirements for the accuracy, including requirements for accuracy on recognition and grasping.
Communication
Determine the control method ( robot master control/Mech-Viz master control ). Determine the communication method based on the technological process.
Confirm whether to use touch screen for the operation and whether it is necessary to communicate with PLC, host computer and so on.
Working environment¶
- Temperature:
The recommended temperature for using the camera is 0-45°C.
- Humidity:
Specify the on-site humidity level according to the hardware working environment.
- Dust:
Specify the on-site dust level according to the hardware working environment.
- Illumination:
Perform appropriate shading or supplemental light based on the actual lighting condition.
